Source: INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Crystal Head Vodka
1 oz. Bénédictine
angostura bitters

HOW TO MIX:
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice and stir gently. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

GARNISH:
Lemon twist

Midnight's Shadow

Source: INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 oz. Crystal Head Vodka
2 oz. fresh tangerine juice
½ oz. Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
1 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 oz. ginger simple syrup

HOW TO MIX:
Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Ginger simply syrup:
Peel 1 large piece of ginger root and cut into thin rounds. Add equal parts sugar and water in a pot with the ginger slices. Bring to a boil, ensuring not to scorch the sides. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes then remove mixture from heat. Allow to steep for 30 minutes while mixture cools. Strain and discard ginger. Syrup can last up to two weeks in the refrigerator.

Source: INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 oz. Crystal Head Vodka
1 oz. Soju or 1 oz. Zipang Sparkling Sake
3 oz. coconut water
fresh black berries
1 whole lychee
1 maraschino cherry

HOW TO MIX:
Muddle black berries with splash of Crystal Head Vodka in a shaker. Add in ice, remaining vodka, TY KU and coconut water. Shake well then pour entire contents into a rocks glass.

GARNISH:
Garnish with Lychee made to look like an eyeball. Simply place cherry in the open centre of the Lychee fruit.

Source: INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 oz. Crystal Head Vodka
1 oz. Galliano
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 scoop ice
1 tsp. simple syrup
1 oz. pink cream soda or 1/2 oz. grenadine (optional)

HOW TO MIX:
Add all ingredients except for cream soda into a blender and blend until thick and glass smooth. Pour into a glass and top with cream soda or a grenadine.
